WRITING SAMPLES
This was a case study I wrote on the crisis communication of Penn State during the 2012 Sandusky Crisis. This was done for my Crisis Communication class at IUP, and I completed it step by step with help from my professor. This paper shows that I can analyze a situation, sythesize information, and give feedback and thoughtful opinion on the subject.
The subject of this particular case study was not to enjoyable to research, but it was appalling to find out how little Penn State actually did to combat the crisis.
For my scriptwriting class, I was to write a short part of a TV or movie script in the format that is actually used in the field. For this assignment, I wrote a script for an idea I had about a comic I was planning to write, and just put my ideas into a script format instead of a comic.
The background for this script is that Connor, a student at IUP, is confronted by a monster, and during the fight with the monster, realizes that he has super powers. Enjoy!
